Registration Fee and Financial Transparency

As non-profit organizations, IAFQE and SAIA4ECCD implement a wide range of educational initiatives and provide free professional development to thousands of educators. They also manage digital platforms and resources to ensure widespread access to educational content. To support the operational infrastructure—including web platforms, staffing, logistics, and administrative costs—a registration fee is required. These funds are allocated as follows:

• A portion supports IAFQE and SAIA4ECCD’s core operations
• The remainder funds the organization of the conference, including awards and logistics

Despite ongoing efforts, registration fees from previous conferences have not covered operational costs. At present, these expenses are sustained by the personal contributions of the management team. Neither governmental nor private sector funding has been received to date. Therefore, we extend an open invitation for financial support and sponsorships to help scale the impactful work being conducted under the IAFQE and SAIA4ECCD umbrella and to continue advancing global educational transformation in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
