Registration Fees

• Participants from South Asian Countries: USD 25

• Participants from Non-South Asian Countries: USD 35

• Sri Lankan Participants: LKR 6,000

What Does the Registration Fee Cover?

The registration fee covers supervision, assessment and evaluation, administrative, and organizational costs associated with conducting the International Lesson Plan Competition.

Benefits for Registered Participants

• All registered applicants are eligible to present their lesson plans through zoom during the pre-conference activities.

• Participants are also eligible to attend the International Conference on Quality Education virtually through the online platform.

• Selected lesson plans will be published as part of an International Lesson Plan Publication.

• Participants may receive certificates, medals, and awards based on their performance in the competition.

• Sri Lankan applicants are eligible to participate free of charge in the International Conference on Quality Education, which will be held on December 27, 2026, in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

• Sri Lankan participants may also be eligible to receive certificates, medals, and awards based on their performance in the International Conference on Quality Education.

Important: Limited Participation

Only 50 educators will be selected to participate in the International Lesson Plan Competition.

Selection will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, educators are strongly encouraged to complete their registration as early as possible to secure their opportunity to participate.

Once the first 50 registrations have been completed, the registration form will no longer be available.
