05. Special Notice for Applicants

• “Only 50 delegates (individuals and schools) will have the opportunity to participate in the conference.
• Registration will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, please complete your registration in advance.
• Registration can be completed by paying initial payment and the remaining balance can be paid on May 06th, 2025 at the conference. 
• All income from the conference fee will be spent on organizing expenses of the conference, the cost of awards, medals, and mementos, and to cover expenses for capacity development projects and all other welfare activities to maintain IAFQE (IAFQE is a non-profit-oriented organization).
• Registration fee is not refundable
