SAIA4ECCD and IAFQE are non-profit international organizations. We are working to upgrade the quality of Early Childhood Education, School Education, Higher Education, and Vocational Education. Specifically, we conduct many programs in Sri Lanka to enhance the quality of the Sri Lankan education system.

Over the past two years, we have used Zoom to conduct live sessions, YouTube to upload all recorded lectures, and Google Drive to upload assignments. However, teachers have encountered difficulties using these platforms for the teaching and learning process, completing assignments and conducting final examinations online.

Therefore, we decided to implement a proper ERP system to conduct lectures, manage assignments, and conduct final examinations. We selected “ENTRAR” as our ERP system. ENTRAR is an India-based educational technology service provider, and its services are used by many schools and universities in India as well as in other countries.

Teachers can obtain services from ENTRAR as individual users to access all the facilities of ENTRAR. Individual users can join our live sessions directly, watch all recorded lecture videos, submit assignments through ENTRAR, and sit for final examinations through ENTRAR. To become an individual user, a payment of 500 LKR per month is required. Payments should be made quarterly, at 1500 LKR every three months.

පසුගිය වසර දෙක තුළ, අපි සජීවී සැසි පැවැත්වීම සඳහා Zoom, සියලුම පටිගත කළ දේශන උඩුගත කිරීමට YouTube සහ පැවරුම් උඩුගත කිරීමට Google Drive භාවිත කර ඇත. කෙසේ වෙතත්, ඉගැන්වීම් සහ ඉගෙනුම් ක්‍රියාවලිය, පැවරුම් සම්පූර්ණ කිරීම සහ අවසාන විභාග මාර්ගගතව පැවැත්වීම සඳහා මෙම වේදිකා භාවිතා කිරීමේදී ගුරුවරුන් දුෂ්කරතාවන්ට මුහුණ දී ඇත.

එබැවින් දේශන පැවැත්වීම, පැවරුම් කළමනාකරණය සහ අවසාන විභාග පැවැත්වීම සඳහා විධිමත් ERP ක්‍රමයක් ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට අපි තීරණය කළෙමු. අපි අපගේ ERP පද්ධතිය ලෙස “ENTRAR” තෝරා ගත්තෙමු. ENTRAR යනු ඉන්දියාව පදනම් කරගත් අධ්‍යාපනික තාක්ෂණ සේවා සපයන්නෙකු වන අතර, එහි සේවාවන් ඉන්දියාවේ මෙන්ම වෙනත් රටවල බොහෝ පාසල් සහ විශ්ව විද්‍යාල විසින් භාවිතා කරනු ලැබේ.

ENTRAR හි සියලුම පහසුකම් වෙත ප්‍රවේශ වීම සඳහා ගුරුවරුන්ට තනි පරිශීලකයන් ලෙස ENTRAR වෙතින් සේවාවන් ලබා ගත හැක. තනි තනි පරිශීලකයින්ට අපගේ සජීවී සැසිවලට සෘජුවම සම්බන්ධ විය හැක, පටිගත කරන ලද සියලුම දේශන වීඩියෝ නැරඹීමට, ENTRAR හරහා පැවරුම් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට සහ ENTRAR හරහා අවසන් විභාග සඳහා පෙනී සිටීමට හැකිය. තනි පරිශීලකයෙකු වීමට මසකට රුපියල් 500ක ගෙවීමක් අවශ්‍ය වේ. සෑම මාස තුනකට වරක් රුපියල් 1500 බැගින් කාර්තුමය වශයෙන් ගෙවීම් කළ යුතුය.

எனவே, விரிவுரைகளை நடத்துவதற்கும், பணிகளை நிர்வகிப்பதற்கும், இறுதித் தேர்வுகளை நடத்துவதற்கும் முறையான ERP முறையை நடைமுறைப்படுத்த முடிவு செய்தோம். எங்கள் ERP அமைப்பாக “ENTRAR” ஐத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தோம். ENTRAR என்பது இந்தியாவை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்ட கல்வித் தொழில்நுட்ப சேவை வழங்குநராகும், மேலும் அதன் சேவைகள் இந்தியாவிலும் பிற நாடுகளிலும் உள்ள பல பள்ளிகள் மற்றும் பல்கலைக்கழகங்களால் பயன்படுத்தப்படுகின்றன.
